Tie Dye is Back & it's Exclusive! + Tips

If you know me Tie Dye has been a go-to over the last 10 years. One of those reasons is it allows you a wide range of opportunities to create if that's simple or complex it's totally up to you and your imagination. Even after a long day on set or at the studio going back to the house or my workshop is very relaxing, to say the least, and keeps my creativity flowing also here are some tips the next time you Tie Dye

Wet your fabric

Wetting your fabric before dyeing will help the dye absorb and spread through the fabric more. You do not have to wet the clothing, just a reminder some clothing is harder to absorb dye so it all comes down to how you would like the end result to be. For a more vibrant result, wet the fabric before dyeing

Use salt when dyeing dark colors

  1. It will stop dye bleeding and will create a more even color tone all over the clothing.

  2. Salt helps the fabric absorb the dye, and that goes for natural fibers too.
